At the heart of the project is a joint venture between Grosvenor and Mitsui Fudosan UK.

Shown as the North and South block on the map below, this will provide two best-in-class office buildings, creating corporate HQ opportunities in one of the West End’s most sought-after locations, as well as multiple retail and F&B opportunities and a newly pedestrianised Davies Mews.

Other elements of the project will be delivered by Grosvenor, including residential and retail on South Molton Street and a new 5* boutique hotel opportunity. Grosvenor will also be delivering other enabling projects in the surrounding area, including community infrastructure and residential accommodation.
